ANALYSIS OF CONSUMERS PREFERENCES CONSUMPTION OF BREAKFAST CEREALS

Summary
The aim of this study was to evaluate of consumers preferences of the population living in Warsaw and surroundings on cereals market. Analyzed answers of 214 respondents, 79% of them eat breakfast cereal, usually with milk several times a week. Get to know taste preferences, the factors determining selection of breakfast cereals made by the customers selection and place of purchase petals. In addition, described attitudes of consumers about nutritional claims on food labels and their knowledge of the role of breakfast in your daily diet.
